Sales Executive - Building Materials
Key Responsibilities
· Meet and exceed annual sales and gross margin goals.
· Develop new business through lead generation and prospecting.
· Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by monitoring account performance and acting proactively.
· Coordinate and oversee product shipments, working closely with logistics and account management teams.
· Conduct market research to inform pricing and sales strategies.
· Collaborate with purchasing teams to align supply with customer demand.
Qualifications
· Proven track record of sales success, ideally 3+ years in the building materials or construction industries. (Multifamily sales or multi-home residential projects)
· Established relationships with general contractors or framers, especially in the multi-family space (preferred)
· Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
· Growth-oriented, self-starter with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based tools; 4-year degree preferred.
