My client is seeking a business litigation attorney to join their team in Minneapolis.

What you'll do:

• Handle contract, partnership, trade secret, and business tort disputes in state and federal court
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and persuasive briefs
• Take and defend depositions, and argue motions at hearings and mediations

What they're looking for:

• Business or commercial litigation experience
• Licensed in Minnesota
• Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills
