Job Description

A mid-sized commercial general contractor is growing and hiring a Superintendent to work out of their Albuquerque office. You'll run commercial, healthcare and/or K-12 projects in the field from start to finish.

What you'll do:

• Run day-to-day jobsite work, including schedules, subcontractors, quality and safety.
• Keep projects on time and on budget, working closely with the PM and the owner's team.
• Lead safety on site and make sure the project meets OSHA standards.
• Track daily logs, RFIs and documentation in Procore.

What you'll need:

• Superintendent experience at a commercial General contractor, with healthcare and/or K-12 work preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification (required).
• Working knowledge of Procore (required).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
