Responsibilities:

• Size, estimate, and quote plumbing projects, collaborating with sales teams and Project Managers.
• Understand customer requirements and project specifications to determine project scope and complexity.
• Estimate project time, material, and labor costs accurately.
• Stay updated on industry trends to maintain competitiveness.
• Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and internal departments for project delivery.
• Maintain organized records of completed estimates.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in plumbing estimating and project management.
• Versatile experience in various project types, including Commercial and Industrial.
• Proficient in estimating project costs, reviewing plans and specifications, researching products, and reading blueprints.
• Ability to provide estimates for projects of varying complexity.
• Knowledge of current industry trends and codes.
• Effective communication skills for internal and external coordination.
