Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Workers' Compensation Dfense Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workers' compensation law, excellent client advocacy skills, and a commitment to achieving positive outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in workers' compensation cases, including hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
  • Conduct thorough case evaluations, develop legal strategies, and provide sound legal advice to clients.
  • Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Advocate for clients before administrative law judges and other relevant bodies.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed about case progress and developments.
  • Stay updated on changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations.
  • Manage a caseload efficiently while delivering high-quality legal services.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in MS. TN would be a bonus but not required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation law.
  • Strong understanding of workers' compensation statutes and procedures.
  • Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to client advocacy and achieving fair outcomes.
