We are assisting a community bank in hiring a Vice President of Credit Administration to oversee credit policy, loan review, and portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the credit administration function, ensuring consistency in underwriting and risk rating.
Develop and maintain credit policy in line with regulatory requirements.
Conduct portfolio reviews, stress testing, and risk analysis.
Partner with senior management and lending teams on deal structures.
Provide oversight during exams and audits.
Qualifications:
7–10 years of credit experience, including leadership responsibilities.
Deep knowledge of commercial credit, policy, and loan review.
Ability to mentor and develop credit analysts and underwriters.
Community banking experience strongly preferred.

Compensation: $120,000 – $160,000 base, plus performance bonus
