Personal Injury Defense Attorney
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Personal Injury Defense Attorney to join our litigation team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling personal injury defense matters from inception through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Active license and good standing with the CA Bar
5-10 years of civil litigation experience (personal injury defense preferred)
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Deposition and courtroom experience preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
