Construction Defect Attorney (1–15 Years Experience)
Location: Fully Remote (Anywhere in California or Outside CA) CA Bar Admission Required
About the Role
We are seeking a Construction Defect Attorney with 1–15 years of experience to join our growing practice. This is a fully remote position, open to attorneys located anywhere in California or outside of California, provided they are actively licensed and in good standing with CA Bar.
Qualifications
1–15 years of experience in construction defect litigation (defense preferred)
Active CA Bar in good standing
Strong legal writing, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Experience with construction defect cases
Trial, arbitration, or mediation experience is a plus (not required for junior candidates)
