California Law Firm Seeking Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney
An established California law firm is seeking a full-time Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of personal injury litigation experience, with trial experience preferred.
Qualifications:
2–4 years of personal injury litigation experience, including wrongful death, auto & trucking accidents, traumatic brain injury, medical malpractice, or insurance disputes
Some trial experience preferred
Must be licensed to practice law in California
Open to candidates with plaintiff or defense-side backgrounds
Strong collaborative skills and client-facing experience
Insurance defense candidates encouraged to apply
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in personal injury legal proceedings
Conduct legal research and analysis
Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies
Attend court hearings and trials
