Production Planner 

We are seeking a detail-driven Production Planner to support our growing aerospace manufacturing team. In this role, you will coordinate production efforts to ensure customer demand is met efficiently, schedules remain on track, and finished products adhere to strict quality standards. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong analytical and organizational abilities, and enjoys partnering across departments to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee production activities to meet demand and delivery expectations

  • Create and maintain manufacturing plans, bills of materials (BOMs), and work instructions

  • Calculate labor, material, and equipment requirements to support production goals

  • Coordinate workflow across departments to meet project deadlines

  • Monitor progress and adjust production plans in response to delays or shifting priorities

  • Partner closely with Quality, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations

  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an aerospace or aircraft machine-shop environment

  • Demonstrated background in production planning or scheduling

  • Proficient with MRP II, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office

  • Ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Excellent math and analytical capabilities

  • High school diploma required; additional education or certification preferred

  • Reliable transportation and ability to work independently
