Energy, Environmental & Infrastructure Associate (3–7 Years Experience)
📍 U.S. | Full-Time | Confidential Search

A top-tier, nationally recognized law firm is seeking a highly motivated associate with 3–7 years of experience to join its Energy, Environmental, and Infrastructure practice in one of its U.S. offices.

Ideal Experience Includes:

• Managing complex energy and natural resources transactional matters in a sophisticated law firm environment, including M&A, project development, and commercial agreements

• 3+ years Renewable energy transactional experience, such as:

  • M&A and joint ventures

  • Build-transfer agreements

  • Commercial agreements (PPAs, O&M agreements, shared facilities agreements)

  • Procurement contracts for equipment and materials

  • Energy projec development experience a must

• Experience with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts is a plus, but not required

• Experience with energy and natural resources financing transactions is a plus, but not required

• Oil and gas experience is beneficial but not required

• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of responsibility
