Our well-established law firm in Tulsa is actively seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial / Business Litigation Attorney with 3-8 years of experience to join our expanding team. We are dedicated to providing fast, strategic solutions in the current business environment, and we value collaborative work among our attorneys.
Position Overview
The ideal attorney will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial and business litigation matters. This includes handling complex contract disputes, partnership conflicts, governance issues, and other complex commercial litigation work. Must be able to handle courtroom related work unassisted, we love seeing strong writing skills, superior analytical ability, and high professionalism.
3-8 years as a practicing attorney with significant experience in commercial or business litigation.
Ability to handle court appearances and depositions independently.
Current licensure and good standing with the Oklahoma Bar Association.
Demonstrated excellence in legal research, writing, and comprehensive case management.
