Our growing defense law firm is seeking a talented Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience in medical malpractice litigation to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives in the courtroom and wants to build a strong career in high-stakes litigation while being mentored by one of the most respected defense attorneys in Las Vegas.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle a variety of medical malpractice and professional defense cases from inception to trial

  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses

  • Conduct and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses

  • Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials

  • Collaborate with partners on trial strategy and client development

  • Provide excellent communication and service to clients

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of medical malpractice or defense litigation experience

  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

  • Courtroom and deposition experience preferred (or eagerness to develop it)

  • Licensed and in good standing with the Nevada Bar

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage cases and deadlines independently
