🚧 Superintendent Opportunity –CHICAGO Commercial Construction 🚧

Ready to join a stellar team at a well-established General Contractor? This dynamic company is on the lookout for a talented Superintendent to help deliver amazing projects in 2025! From schools and office buildings to higher education facilities, hospitals, and medical labs, you’ll be working on some of the most exciting and impactful projects in the region!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Overseeing the construction of multiple commercial projects.
  • Making sure the on-site work is on track with schedules and budgets.
  • Being the go-to communicator for the Project Manager and Owner.
  • Leading and motivating subcontractor teams to deliver quality work.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction supervision.
  • A strong local network of subcontractors (bonus points if you know everyone!).
  • A true leader with top-notch organizational skills.
