Product Liability Defense Attorney
Location: Houston, TX

I am working directly with leadership at a well-established Houston litigation firm that is seeking to add two attorneys to its growing team. This Product Liability Defense Attorney opportunity offers exposure to sophisticated product liability defense matters along with broader commercial and civil litigation work within a collaborative environment focused on long-term growth and attorney development. 

This Product Liability Defense Attorney role will involve handling a broader litigation docket rather than a narrowly focused practice. The Product Liability Defense Attorney joining the team will have exposure to product-related claims, commercial disputes, and sophisticated litigation matters while working within an established litigation platform that values long-term growth and fit

The salary for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.

What We Need

• The firm is seeking both associate-level attorneys with 2+ years of experience and senior attorneys with 8+ years of experience
• Product liability defense experience is highly preferred
• Experience with insurance defense, commercial litigation, construction litigation, or construction defect matters is a strong fit
• Ability to handle a broader civil defense docket involving manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and corporate clients
• Experience with discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and case strategy
• Strong analytical, writing, and client communication skills
• Licensed and in good standing in Texas
• No medical malpractice experience required
