Position: Director of Commercial Insurance Sales and Risk Management - Insurance

Job Duties

  • Selling to existing clients and to new potential clients
  • Microsoft word, excel, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to manage staff and oversee operations
  • Qualified candidate will be able to bring in new business, grow the team and manage office
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • This is a full-service agency: Commercial, Benefits and Private Client
  • Must have management skills, marketing strategies

Qualification Requirements for a successful Candidate

  • Commercial Property and Casualty Experience
  • Agency Management System Experience
  • Quote Aggregator Experience
  • Acord forms Experience
  • Must be able to commute to office daily
  • Good follow through
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Problem Solving Experience
  • Experienced in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook)

Property and Casualty Insurance license is required.
