Responsibilities:
- Oversee all facets of commercial construction projects, from inception to wrap-up, encompassing planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project specifications and deadlines.
- Maintain project budgets and financial health through meticulous cost tracking, forecasting, and change order management.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Foster a cohesive and motivated project team, promoting a positive work environment.
- Uphold safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Commercial Construction Project Manager, ideally with projects ranging from five to fifteen million dollars.
- Thorough understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects without sacrificing attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated humility, honesty, and dedication to maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
