As a Personal Lines Account Manager with HNW experience, you will play a pivotal role in managing and servicing a portfolio of high net worth clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized insurance solutions and exceptional customer service, meeting the complex and unique requirements of our esteemed clientele. You will collaborate with a dynamic team to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the growth and retention of high net worth accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of high net worth clients, understanding their unique insurance needs and providing tailored solutions for their properties, vehicles, jewelry, art, and other valuable assets.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all insurance-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to negotiate terms, coverages, and pricing, ensuring that the proposed solutions align with clients' specific requirements and preferences.
  • Proactively review and update policies, guiding clients through the renewal process and suggesting appropriate modifications to their coverage as needed.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing client base, collaborating with the sales team to maximize business growth and revenue.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and insurance regulations to provide clients with the most relevant and current information related to their insurance coverage.
  • Resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance, specifically with a focus on high net worth clients.
  • Profound understanding of personal insurance products, coverage options, and underwriting principles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex insurance concepts to clients.
  • Proficiency in insurance management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with an agency management system, preferably AMS360.
