What you'll do
- Advise on the tax aspects of M&A, partnerships, and financing transactions
- Draft and review tax provisions in deal documents
- Research and analyze federal and state tax issues
- Work alongside corporate deal teams
What you bring
- J.D. and active New York bar admission (or eligibility to waive in)
- Transactional tax experience (LL.M. in Taxation a plus)
- Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
- The ability to manage matters with increasing independence
