The Ideal Candidate:
* A law degree and current California law license
* Sound knowledge of California family law
* Experience negotiating with an assertive and measured approach to resolution
* 3+ years experience in Family Law, Property Division, Premarital, Postmarital, Taxes and Divorce, Spousal Support, Divorce Process, Paternity, Custody Litigation
Additionally, you are a team player, hard working, responsible and enjoy a laid back atmosphere.
This position can by hybrid/ remote. There are occasional in-office meetings, but most of the work can be done remotely.
