A respected and well-established firm in the Jacksonville area is seeking a Land Use Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic real estate and governmental affairs practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a background in land use, zoning, and administrative law who thrives on meaningful work and is ready to contribute to a high-performing team.
The ideal candidate will have experience representing clients in land use and zoning disputes, including appearances before municipal and county boards, as well as litigation involving development rights, permitting, comprehensive plans, and related real property issues.
What They’re Looking For:
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in land use, zoning, and real estate litigation; prior experience with development applications and administrative hearings strongly preferred
Licensed: Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
Litigation Skills: Comfortable managing cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, negotiations, and hearings
Strategic: Strong legal research and writing abilities with a clear, confident advocacy style
