Salary Range: $100,000–$125,000+ (plus benefits and bonus potential)
A highly regarded, multidisciplinary firm with deep roots in civil engineering, planning, transportation, and environmental design is seeking an experienced Transportation Project Manager to lead impactful community infrastructure projects across Ohio.

Lead and manage a variety of transportation, trail, roadway, and multimodal projects for both public and private clients.
Oversee planning, design, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control from concept to completion.
Supervise and mentor engineers, planners, and technicians—fostering professional growth within the team.
Serve as the client’s primary point of contact, maintaining clear communication and trust throughout project lifecycles.
Prepare proposals, contracts, and scopes of work, ensuring alignment with budgets and timelines.
Present to clients, stakeholders, and community groups with confidence and professionalism.
Identify project risks, funding sources, and new business opportunities that support continued team growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Planning, or related discipline.
8+ years of experience in transportation, roadway, or trail project management.
Demonstrated understanding of plan production, scheduling, and budget management.
Professional license or certification preferred (PE, PLA/RLA, AICP, etc.).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD, and related design software.
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships with professionalism and integrity.
