Job Order: Personal Injury / Workers’ Compensation Paralegal

We are currently working with a respected law firm located in Lebanon, Tennessee (approximately 30 minutes from Nashville) that is seeking an experienced Personal Injury / Workers’ Compensation Paralegal to join its team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, preferably in workers’ compensation, though the firm is also open to strong litigation paralegals with transferable skills. This role is best suited for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and case management abilities.

Position Details

• Title: Personal Injury / Workers’ Compensation Paralegal
• Location: Lebanon, TN (on-site, about 30 minutes from Nashville)
• Experience Level: Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience
• Practice Areas: Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, or Civil Litigation
• Compensation: $50,000 – $75,000
• Work Environment: Professional and supportive team focused on quality client service and efficiency

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all aspects of case preparation, including discovery, pleadings, and trial preparation
• Manage post-litigation processes, including settlements and follow-ups
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff as needed
• Organize and maintain case files, deadlines, and related documentation
• Draft and review correspondence, discovery responses, and motions

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in workers’ compensation or personal injury
• Strong knowledge of discovery procedures and post-litigation processes
• Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
• Team player with a professional and client-focused attitude
