Job Posting: Director of Commercial Marketing

Location: In office/Hybrid Marlton, NJ area Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year

Position Summary: We are seeking a Director of Commercial Marketing with at least 7 years’ experience in commercial lines; leadership, mentoring a team; mid to large market experience; expertise in AMS360, and a deep understanding of the New York metro commercial insurance landscape. This role will focus on developing and executing new business marketing quotes, as well as enhancing our re-marketing efforts to optimize client retention and acquisition. Will oversee the entire commercial lines department and handles all the marketing of new biz and remarketing of existing accounts; all certs, COI's, endorsements are handled by a third party company

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement targeted marketing and re-marketing campaigns for commercial insurance products.
• Utilize AMS360 to manage data, track campaign effectiveness, and generate insightful reports.
• Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling promotional materials and presentations to secure new business opportunities and retain existing clients
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape in the NY/NJ commercial insurance market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key carrier underwriters, producers and staff
• Stay updated on industry regulations, major medical insurance trends, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience in marketing and re-marketing within the commercial insurance sector.
• Proficiency in AMS360 is required.
• In-depth knowledge of the New York Metro commercial insurance market.
• Experience with major commercial insurance carriers
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
