Job Description

I am partnered with a NJ law firm that is looking to add a litigation Associate Attorney to their team. This position is with a firm that has excellent mentorship opportunities and growth opportunities.

Background Requirements

• 3-10 years of experience in private civil litigation defense 
• Practice areas of interest include personal injury defense, auto car accidents, slip and falls, general liability
• Taking depos, handling hearings or arguments
• Motions practice, dispositive motions
• Experience in state, federal and appellate courts
• Must be admitted in NJ with good standing
