ERISA Attorney in El Segundo

Job Description

I am Partnered with a prestigious law firm that is looking to add an attorney to their ERISA Group. 

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member in good standing of the State Bar of California
• 5+ years of experience in ERISA litigation, with a particular focus on class actions
• In-depth knowledge of ERISA law, employee benefits, pension plans, and health and welfare plans
• Familiarity with ERISA compliance and regulatory matters.
• Experience taking and defending depositions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
