A well-respected law firm located in downtown Miami is seeking a skilled Attorney with 4 to 7 years of law firm experience to join our litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney looking to grow within a firm that values excellence, collaboration, and long-term career development.

Position Overview: The selected attorney will handle a wide range of complex litigation matters, including:

  • Business and commercial litigation

  • Professional liability defense (including representation of lawyers, accountants, design professionals, trustees and fiduciaries, insurance agents and brokers) — Note: we do not handle medical malpractice or represent doctors or healthcare professionals

  • Insurance-related litigation, such as coverage disputes and bad faith claims

  • Policy analysis and coverage opinions

While experience in all these areas is not required, the attorney must have significant experience in at least one of these categories and a demonstrated interest in expanding their practice into others.

What We're Looking For:

  • A licensed attorney with 4–7 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting licensed in Florida

  • Superior research, writing, and analytical skills

  • Experience handling complex litigation independently or with minimal supervision

  • A team-oriented attitude with a strong desire to develop professionally
