Job Title: Trial Attorney (Litigation Associate) – Plaintiff’s Personal Injury
Location: St. Louis, MO | Hybrid (primarily on-site)
Compensation: Base Salary $80,000 – $95,000 + Uncapped Performance Bonuses & Comprehensive Benefits (Expected Year 1 Total Compensation: $100,000+)

Direct Mentorship: Daily, hands-on guidance from senior litigators through strategy sessions, deposition prep, and trial practice.
Accelerated Courtroom Experience: Manage your own docket of personal injury cases, while second-chairing and first-chairing hearings and trials.

Litigate a docket of personal injury cases from filing through resolution.
Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Conduct and defend depositions.
Represent clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
Develop case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys.
Negotiate settlements with defense counsel to maximize client outcomes.
Licensed and in good standing with the Missouri Bar (Illinois license a strong plus).
1–3 years of litigation experience (personal injury or insurance defense valued).
Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
