About the Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Tax Supervisor to lead tax compliance and advisory services for closely held businesses across diverse industries such as real estate, retail, entertainment, wholesale, and professional services
You will oversee tax workflow, mentor junior staff, and ensure clients receive tailored, high-quality tax solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise tax return preparation for businesses, individuals, and specialized industries
Ensure adherence to tax regulations and firm standards throughout engagement workflow
Mentor and manage junior tax professionals, fostering technical development and quality delivery
Collaborate with accounting, audit, and advisory teams to integrate tax strategies into broader client services
Leverage experience with tax platforms like QuickBooks, Xero, or similar systems
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred or in progress
3–5 years of progressive tax experience, including supervisory or lead responsibilities
Strong technical knowledge of tax compliance, planning, and client advisory delivery
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a client-focused mindset
