Job Description

If you are an HVAC sales leader who enjoys building teams, driving growth, and selling technically driven solutions into the commercial construction and mechanical markets, please apply. This company we are partnering with has over 60 years in the industry and is known for delivering engineered, custom HVAC solutions—not off-the-shelf products.

Background needed:

  • 8+ years of sales experience within mechanical, HVAC, or commercial construction environments

  • Proven experience leading, building, and developing high-performing sales teams

  • Background selling into industries such as mechanical contracting, commercial construction, building systems, or engineered equipment

  • Ability to coach, mentor, and hold teams accountable to performance goals

  • Strong understanding of project-driven sales cycles and relationship-based selling

  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel regionally up to 25%
