Technical Sales Representative

HVAC Equipment | Dallas / Fort Worth, TX

 

We are seeking a Technical Sales Representative to join one of North America’s leading manufacturers of custom HVAC and heat‑transfer equipment.

This role is ideal for a commercial HVAC sales professional looking for strong earning potential, excellent training, and long‑term leadership growth.

You will manage and grow the Dallas/Fort Worth territory, working closely with engineers, contractors, and end users to deliver customized HVAC solutions.

This position offers uncapped commissions, no sales quotas, and strong internal support from integrated sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams.

Highlights

  • Commercial HVAC equipment sales only (no boilers)
  • Approx. 25% travel within DFW
  • Extensive product and technical training

Compensation

  • Years 1–2: $80,000–$140,000 estimated total compensation
  • Ongoing: ~$50,000 base + 4% uncapped commission
  • Most reps earn $150,000–$200,000+ annually

Qualifications

  • Proven commercial HVAC equipment sales experience
  • Strong technical aptitude; engineering degree a plus
  • Self‑motivated, relationship‑driven communicator
