Summary: We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial projects with a focus on food-grade manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial, heavy civil, concrete, masonry, and structural work.

Superintendent Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Manage subcontractors and self-perform crews for civil, concrete, and masonry work.
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
  • Create and maintain detailed schedules and progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, food-grade regulations, and OSHA safety standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to uphold safety and quality.

Superintendent Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in ground-up commercial construction.
  • Strong knowledge of heavy civil, concrete, masonry, and structural systems.
  • Experience with food-grade manufacturing, educational, medical, REC, and hospitality projects is preferred.
  • Ability to lead and manage self-perform crews and subcontractors effectively.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam) and scheduling tools.
  • OSHA 30-Hour Certification required.
