Our Los Angeles office is growing, and we are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join our collaborative and dynamic team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled litigator with a minimum of 4 years of civil litigation experience, who is looking to expand their practice and gain hands-on experience with high-stakes, complex civil litigation matters.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery, and motions
• Conduct legal research and prepare high-quality written work
• Take and defend depositions
• Manage case files from intake through resolution
• Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions and trial
• Attend court appearances, argue motions, and participate in trials
• Collaborate with supervising partners and contribute to strategy
• Maintain strong client communication and reporting
• Track billable time and meet productivity goals

Qualifications:

• Active California Bar license (in good standing)
• Minimum 4 years of civil defense litigation experience
• Proficiency in case handling from inception through trial preparation
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Familiarity with billing and time entry systems

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience working with expert witnesses (retention, prep, and depositions)
• Trial experience or significant trial support involvement
