What you’ll get:
Standard full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Hourly pay between $31.40 and $37.44 plus mileage or company car options
Holiday pay, paid time off, health benefits, and 401(k) match
Up to $400 in CEU reimbursements and paid CEU leave days
Scrubs allowance included
Key Responsibilities:
Provide therapeutic interventions under PT guidance in home settings
Collaborate on patient evaluations and care plan updates
Ensure compliant and timely visit documentation
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment techniques
Must Have + Certifications:
Active Minnesota PTA license
Experience preferred but not mandatory
Valid auto insurance and driver’s license
CPR and BLS certification
