What you’ll get:
Monday through Friday, full-time, 8am-5pm
$31.40 - $37.44 per hour plus mileage reimbursement or company car

Clinical license reimbursement and CEU support up to $400/year
Scrubs reimbursement
Key Responsibilities:
Implement physical therapy treatments at home under supervision
Participate in team assessments and patient care communication
Document clinical data accurately and timely
Provide patient and family education on therapy goals
Must Have + Certifications:
Active licensed PTA in Minnesota
2 years’ experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Current CPR/BLS certifications
