Position: Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney

Location: LA County

Practice Focus:

• Plaintiff-side personal injury
• Handles cases from intake through trial; some matters resolved in pre-litigation
• Strong emphasis on training and developing attorneys
• Very team-oriented culture; looking for reliable self-starters

Experience:

• 2–3+ years of personal injury experience (plaintiff experience preferred)
• Trial or litigation experience a plus, but not strictly required

Work Structure:

• In-office role
• No billable-hour requirement – focus is on getting the work done, not tracking time
• Regular team meetings; strong expectation that attorneys show up, participate, and communicate
• “Hybrid” role possible (mix of pre-litigation and litigation responsibilities)

Compensation:

• Pre-litigation track: salary in the $90,000–$120,000 range, plus year-end bonus
• Litigation track: Flexible and competitive offer tailored to the candidate; firm is open to structuring a strong package
