What our Building Materials Broker will Do

  • Identify and develop new product lines within specialty building materials

  • Source, trade, and sell using your supplier/customer network

  • Negotiate pricing, manage POs, and oversee order execution end-to-end

  • Nurture long-term customer relationships with professionalism and integrity

  • (Optional) Visit international suppliers and industry events

What We’re Looking For

  • Demonstrated success in trading or sales within building materials or closely related sectors (millwork, engineered wood, panels, finishes, etc.)

  • Strong network and reputation for honesty, reliability, and follow-through

  • Entrepreneurial, self-managed operator who can open doors and grow accounts

  • Experience with global sourcing, imports, and logistics is a plus

  • No specific certifications required

Compensation & Benefits for our Building Materials Broker

  • Structure: 100% commission with draws available

  • Target 1st-Year Income: ~USD $100,000

  • Total Potential: USD $84,000–$200,000+ (uncapped)

  • Benefits: Health, Dental, 401(k), Profit Sharing
