Corporate Attorney | Fort Lauderdale

A highly regarded law firm is looking to add a Corporate Attorney with 2–4 years of experience handling sophisticated corporate and commercial matters to its Fort Lauderdale office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to deepen their transactional experience and work on complex matters involving M&A, private equity, investments, joint ventures, and corporate governance.

What You'll Do

  • Advise clients on a broad range of general corporate and commercial matters
  • Assist with mergers and acquisitions and other complex transactional matters
  • Work on private equity transactions, equity investments, and joint ventures
  • Advise on corporate governance, partnership matters, and related business issues
  • Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated corporate and transactional agreements
  • Work closely with senior attorneys and clients on complex, high-value matters

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of law firm experience handling general corporate and commercial matters
  • Experience with M&A transactions strongly preferred
  • Private equity, equity investments, joint ventures, corporate governance, or partnership experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of securities law and/or technology-related matters is a plus
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Strong analytical, writing, drafting, and communication skills
  • New York Bar admission required
