Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document residents’ health status and progress
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Support residents in their daily activities and ensure their comfort and well-being

Qualifications:

• Valid nursing license (RN or LPN) in the state of Wisconsin
