Job Description

We are looking for a Corporate/Real Estate Attorney with 5+ years of experience to manage a variety of corporate and real estate transactions. Our firm offers you a lifestyle for the life oyu have - you will get ot live it and we are very family friendly. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Review title commitments, surveys and handle closing mechanics
• Support with corporate mergers and acquisitions, setting up LLCs
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to achieve optimal outcomes for transactions.
• Represent clients in negotiations and resolve disputes through alternative dispute resolution methods or litigation when necessary.
• Stay current with relevant laws and regulations affecting real estate and corporate law.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Tennessee.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate law, real estate transactions, and business law.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate and corporate governance issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
• A client-focused, collaborative, and professional attitude.
