Position Title: Sales Executive
We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth in our lumber, building materials, and forest products wholesale business. This full-time role involves building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring timely product delivery.
Core Duties
· Achieve sales and margin goals, contributing to revenue growth.
· Develop new customer relationships through lead generation and prospecting.
· Monitor account profitability and customer satisfaction, taking action as needed.
· Coordinate product shipments and work with logistics teams for accurate deliveries.
· Stay informed about market trends and customer needs, adjusting strategies accordingly.
· Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes.
Desired Qualifications
· Proven success in sales, ideally in the construction industry.
· 3+ years of experience working with general contractors, framer project owners, or similar. (10+ yr Preferred)
· Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based software.
· A 4-year college degree is preferred.
