HVAC Project Manager – Commercial Projects

A well-established and growing mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead commercial projects and drive results. Key Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule alignment

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless execution

• Lead, mentor, and support project teams in the field and office

• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost controls

• Proactively identify risks and resolve project challenges

• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC project management experience (commercial projects preferred)

• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills

• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple active projects

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
