🚀 Project Executive – Mechanical (Design-Build)

We’re seeking a seasoned Project Executive to help lead major HVAC, sheet metal, and piping projects while driving operational and financial success.

This is a high-visibility role for a proven mechanical leader with deep industry knowledge and large-project experience.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Provide executive leadership across HVAC, sheet metal, and piping projects

• Oversee project strategy, budgeting, and execution from preconstruction through closeout

• Partner with operations, estimating, and field leadership to drive results

• Collaborate with clients to ensure successful design-build outcomes

• Support business development and long-term client relationships

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive mechanical construction experience, including a mix of:

  • HVAC, sheet metal, and piping

  • Project management and estimating

  • Sales and client-facing leadership

• Proven success on large commercial and industrial projects

• Strong design-build expertise

• High-energy, proactive leadership style with strong business acumen

• Deep mechanical knowledge required
