What We’re Looking For
Experience:
- 3-6 years of focused experience in construction law, including litigation, contracts, and compliance.
Expertise:
- Proficiency in handling cases involving construction defect claims, delay disputes, lien law, and payment disputes.
- Skilled in drafting and negotiating construction contracts, subcontracts, and related agreements.
- Experience representing contractors, developers, owners, and design professionals in arbitration, mediation, and court proceedings.
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal construction regulations.
Job Stability:
- Proven history of staying 2+ years in previous roles, demonstrating reliability and commitment.
Strong Communication:
- Exceptional written and verbal advocacy skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and industry stakeholders.
