Review construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
Perform detailed material and labor take-offs
Prepare accurate, competitive bid proposals for special projects
Coordinate and analyze vendor and subcontractor pricing
Identify project risks, scope gaps, and cost-saving opportunities
Support project teams with clear, well-documented estimates
