Are you an attorney looking to grow your career in Employee Benefits Law with a respected legal team? We are actively seeking an Associate Attorney – Employee Benefits to join a growing practice in Pittsburgh, PA!

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 1–3 years of experience who wants to work on sophisticated matters while gaining valuable experience alongside experienced attorneys.

Position Highlights:
✅ Advise clients on employee benefits matters, including ERISA and related compliance issues
✅ Assist with plan design, administration, and regulatory guidance
✅ Support attorneys and clients on complex employee benefits and executive compensation matters
✅ Research legal issues and prepare detailed analysis and documentation
✅ Work collaboratively with attorneys, clients, and business teams

Qualifications:
🔹 Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
🔹 Active Pennsylvania Bar admission required
🔹 1–3 years of Employee Benefits experience preferred
🔹 Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
🔹 Excellent communication and attention to detail
