Exciting Opportunity for Construction Superintendents – Join a Leading General Contractor

Are you a Construction Superintendent with experience in commercial projects, strong technical skills, and excellent communication abilities? If so, this is a fantastic opportunity for you!

A rapidly growing General Contractor that is on the cutting edge of the construction process has an immediate opening for a Superintendent to manage large-scale projects valued at $10M or more across sectors such as healthcare, education, large retail, and commercial office.

What you’ll do:

• Take full project field responsibility for projects in excess of $20M.
• Lead and manage subcontractors and employees, ensuring smooth execution from planning to completion.
• Oversee all phases of construction, from initial planning through to final handoff.

What you’ll need:

• 5+ years of construction management experience.
• Proven experience in managing large commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management software (Microsoft Office, SAGE).
• Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
