Exterior Estimator – Siding Specialist

Are you an experienced Estimator with a strong background in siding and exterior construction? We’re seeking a detail-oriented Exterior Estimator to join a growing company that values precision, efficiency, and top-tier craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare accurate estimates for siding and exterior projects, including materials, labor, and timelines
• Analyze blueprints, project specs, and site conditions to ensure comprehensive take-offs
• Work closely with clients, contractors, and suppliers to optimize cost-effective solutions
• Provide competitive and profitable bids while maintaining high-quality standards
• Assist with contract negotiations and support project teams as needed

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of estimating experience in siding or exterior construction
• Strong knowledge of siding materials (vinyl, fiber cement, wood, etc.) and installation methods
• Ability to read blueprints and use estimating software (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam, ProEst)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A results-driven mindset with a keen attention to detail
