Wastewater Manager Location: Cleveland, OH (Hybrid Work Schedule)

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a seasoned Wastewater Manager to lead our wastewater engineering efforts and contribute to our expanding portfolio.
Position Overview: We seek a highly experienced Wastewater Manager who is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with a minimum of 10 years in wastewater engineering. This leadership role blends technical expertise with strong project management and business development skills. The ideal candidate will drive project delivery, foster client relationships, and support business growth within our wastewater division.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead wastewater engineering projects, ensuring technical excellence and regulatory compliance
Manage project teams, budgets, schedules, and client communications for successful project delivery
Develop and execute business development strategies to expand wastewater services and client base
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive infrastructure solutions
Mentor and develop junior staff to build a strong, capable team
Qualifications:
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Ohio or ability to obtain licensure
Minimum 10 years of experience in wastewater engineering, including design, permitting, and construction oversight
Proven project management experience with a track record of delivering complex wastewater projects
Demonstrated business development skills and ability to cultivate client relationships
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
