Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical foundation and solid electrical troubleshooting abilities who thrives in a collaborative environment where continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving are encouraged.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems
• Troubleshoot and repair issues involving electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical components 
• Diagnose PLC faults using Allen Bradley (Studio 5000) and some Siemens platforms (programming not required)
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
• Contribute to a culture where team input is valued and ideas are acted on 
• Support continuous improvement efforts to reduce downtime and increase efficiency

Qualifications: 

• Experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance
• Proficiency with PLC fault diagnostics (Allen Bradley required; Siemens a plus)
• Strong understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Journeyman-level electrical knowledge is helpful, but this is not an electrician role
• Extrusion experience is a plus, but not required
• Preventative maintenance mindset with a focus on long-term solutions
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
